Psychotherapy

Examining your history and the difficulties you have is a necessary part of the therapeutic process.

However, psychotherapy involves much more than talking about your problems. Empirically based interventions are utilized to support the achievement of treatment goals unique to you or your loved one.

Treatment progress is reviewed routinely to ensure that your customized treatment plan is working. This happens over a series of sessions, which are traditionally 50 minutes long.

The frequency and duration of sessions depends on the severity of the problems you may be facing and your response to treatment.

You can expect support in achieving your goals, resolving your conflicts, being understood, and enhancing a sense of well being.

Psychological Testing and Screening

Psychological testing services range from diagnostic clarification, screenings for medical procedures, to appealing the outcome of a prior psychological evaluation.

Some assessment needs may fall outside of my scope of practice and therefore will require referral to an outside provider.

All assessment services begin with a phone consultation and intake interview.

Consultation and Mentoring

Consultation services are available for organizations and businesses seeking insights about organizational difficulties or clinical program design and implementation.

Coaching and Supervisory services are available for mental health professionals wanting to expand their careers in private practice.

If you are a licensed mental health provider, ask me about upcoming networking events.
